2017 Melbourne Pen Show in Pictures

Categories Reviews

The 2017 Melbourne Pen Show was bigger and better than any before it! The vast array of notable pens was second only to the friendly and enthusiastic members of our great community (and that is saying something, considering 2 of 36 Omas Arco 360’s were in the room). From talking online fountain pen groups to Victorian age pencils this year’s show did not disappoint.

For those who would like to know a little more about the show, be sure to check out the Q&A we did with one of the organisers!

So, here is a collection of some photos we took (with permission) of what you would have missed out on if you were unable to attend the event:

Entering the Malvern Town Hall you are greeted with a great welcome by the beautiful Christmas decorations.

The first table of the show had some lust-worthy pens….needless to say, it was quite busy… all the time.

It was great to see Tim Fagan again doing what he does best right before your eyes! His pens were truly beautiful.

It was great to see so many familiar faces and to makes so many more friends within our community! After our break from writing articles, it was exactly what we needed to inspire and motivate us to deliver more content to everyone who has ever been apart of our community. We will see you all again at the show next year!

    1. Thank you, Nicholas. That means a lot coming from you! It was great to see you displaying your pens and being so open to all who were curious.
